The mini villa comprises two rooms and can accommodate four people. Its large 25 m² terrace offers a magnificent, unobstructed sea view over Santa Giulia Bay, with no neighbouring properties in sight.
You’ll have a lovely living area with sleeping space for two, a kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each of the two rooms has its own air conditioning.
Every room opens onto the large terrace, which is half timber and half stone, and enjoys a stunning sea view.
